6.03 - One Car, Two Car, Red Car, Blue Car - Review

What Happened This Week? Turtle’s birthday; Eric came to a realization.

The Funniest Line(s): “Maybe he’s just so small nobody can find him.”

What Made This Episode? Tonight was definitely Turtle’s episode. By trying to become a self made man, the character grew and it provided some great humor along the way. In fact, his moment with with Ari may very well be my favorite moment of any season so far.

However, we cannot forget Eric’s moment. It was just so… fuck it, that was fantastic. Need I say more? His expanding relationship with Marsh also added to the episode.

Favorite Moment? Hands down, it’s Turtle asking Ari for advice. Ferrara really kept his own in his moment with Piven and the scene itself really clicked.

Gripes? As always, this is a tough section for me to write. Unfortunately, I would have liked more of Andrew Klein. Ari and Andrew duked it out last week and yet it doesn’t seem to be on Ari’s mind in this episode.

Honorable Mention: The race track. Great scene. Tonight also featured 50 Cent -- a nice cameo, I thought.

Overall Opinion? Though the premiere is still my favorite, this episode was packed with unforgettable moments and it ranks up there with the best.
